Our Haxby Community Hull
Here you will find all the latest information from our Hull Patient Group, including our monthly newsletters. Membership of the Group is available to both patients permanently registered at the practice and to community groups and charity members who represent our local community.
The Group aims to be a vehicle for effective collaboration between the patients and the practice, in order to continuously improve the care that we are able to provide. We meet every 3 months, both in person and online.
